All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Package. Depending on your location, delivery can take anywhere between 2-5 business days. We'll provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can easily track your package.

If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please reach out to our customer service team, and we'll help you process your return. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund as soon as possible.
- Locate the holes on the top of your Crocs where you want to insert the charms.
- Hold the charm between your thumb and forefinger, with the design facing up.
- Gently stretch the Crocs hole with your other hand and insert the charm by pushing it straight in until it clicks into place.
- Press down on the charm to ensure that it's securely in place.
